A legume native to East Asia, Soybeans are widely grown for numerous usages. It is regarded by many as a complete source of protein containing significant amounts of all the essential amino acids to the human body. BroadGrain is proud to offer Non-GMO Identity Preserved, as well as conventional and organic soybean varieties that meet stringent requirements of Asian, European, and North American soy food manufacturers, processors and traders. Our segregated food grade processing facility also allows us to export Canada No.2 genetically modified soybeans domestically and internationally. Qualities range from our standard special quality White Hilum soybeans to a premium large seeded high protein (46% +) soybean for use in premium tofu. All our Soybean are handled through a segregated system, precision screened, cleaned and gravity separated.
