Our dry sliced ginger is sourced directly from farms across Kaduna, Bauchi, Kano, and Plateau states, regions renowned for their strong aroma and high essential-oil content.
At BroadGrain Africa’s Kano facility, Nigerian ginger is hand-cleaned and naturally air-dried, ensuring that flavor, color, and purity are preserved without mechanical processing or additives.
This traditional, low-impact approach maintains the crop’s volatile oil profile and distinct pungency, ideal for spice manufacturing, beverage infusion, and extract applications.
