Each lot is naturally sun-dried and hand-cleaned to preserve deep red color and floral tartness.
Each lot is manually graded to ensure 80 % whole flower and 20 % broken petals, meeting the preferred blend ratio for tea packers, herbal drink producers, and infusion manufacturers.
