Yellow Mustard, Oriental Mustard, Brown Mustard – Canada

Canada is one of the largest mustard seed producers in the world, supplying roughly 45–50% of global mustard exports each year.
The vast majority; nearly 80–85% of Canada’s mustard production  comes from the province of Saskatchewan, where the combination of dry prairie climate, fertile soils, and experienced growers produces clean, high-quality mustard with consistent color and flavor.

At BroadGrain’s dedicated mustard processing line in our Dafoe, Saskatchewan facility, handles and markets Brown, Yellow, and Oriental mustard seeds.
Our operations are designed for traceability, quality, and consistency, serving food manufacturers, condiment producers, and ingredient processors worldwide through an extensive export supply chain connecting the Canadian Prairies to global markets.
